As every resort, also St. Moritz has beginner-pists - from basic up until the famous mens downhill from the Ski World Championship 2003 (and hopefully the 2013 again, St. Moritz if official Swiss candidate).

S. t. Moritz has several toboggan runs nearby. Some of them are steep, fast and short, and others are longer but more gentle. I chose the Preda – Bergun run because it’s the longest (6.5km) and because there’s a train that will take you to the top of the run. So no pulling a sled back up the mountain each time you want to make another run.

St Moritz is a small town in the alps. Home to the *rich and famous" with almost guaranteed snow, great views and some very fine restaurants. The area around St Moritz - the Upper Engadine - is quite simply fabulous and if you want to be away from the crowds then go to a village like Champfèr, Silvaplana or Sils Maria.
